On November 6, 2019, BESKID INSTRUMENTS provided a sensor for air quality measurements and a board displaying information about the current air quality. The devices were installed on the office building of the Innovation Center of the University of Agriculture in Krakow Ltd., at the following address: Al. Mickiewicza 21C / 2 in Krakow.

The measurements are available in the BI Air Monitoring mobile application for iOS and Android:

As we can read on the company’s website, BESKID INSTRUMENTS sensors form an integrated information and measurement system consisting of an optional, external LED screen, an indicator measuring device for PM2.5 and PM10 dust, humidity and temperature, software for the analysis and presentation of results and application for devices. mobile. The sensor and the LED board perfectly fulfill their function, informing academic teachers, students and the residents of Krakow about the current air quality every day. In this way, they contribute to the promotion of pro-ecological behavior and care for good air condition in the city. By presenting data such as the amount of PM10 and PM2.5 dust, all passers-by and users of the BESKID INSTRUMENTS application for mobile devices can assess whether it is worth going for a walk on a given day (good air quality) or whether it is better to stay at home (smog occurs).

We encourage you to visit our office to talk about the importance of air protection in our city and nationwide!
