Wegański Raj Ltd. is a spin-off company founded by scientists from the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Krakow: Dr. Eng. Daniel Żmudziński and Dr. Hab. Eng. Dorota Najgebauer-Lejko, Prof. URK, along with the Special Purpose Entity – the Innovation Center of the University of Agriculture in Krakow Ltd. The company offers a wide range of services based on many years of experience in research and development, product design, and food product analysis. The company’s activities include work on innovative products based on various, often unconventional raw materials, which are then implemented into production.

Wegański Raj Ltd. specializes in designing vegan food using alternative protein sources and creating gluten-free and functional products. The company’s mission is to produce clean label food products that are well-balanced in terms of nutritional and health benefits, while also minimizing raw material waste (zero waste) and reducing the carbon footprint.

The company supports local agricultural producers by primarily using native raw materials, although it does not shy away from foreign raw materials. However, it always strives to select raw materials with the appropriate chemical composition and ensures sustainable methods of sourcing them.
